Shipping policy

All in stock products are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day.  However, during busy periods or around holidays there may be delays. GhillieUp.Com cannot make guarantees as to how long orders will take to ship, or to arrive. We work our hardest to get orders out as soon as possible.

Items that are pre-ordered are shipped within 1 day upon arrival, and generally take 2-3 weeks from date of order.

As a rough guideline, Canadian shipments generally arrive within 2-7 working days of postage, usually the next working day. American shipments usually arrive in 5-15 working days.

Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate.

It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the correct shipping address. GhillieUp.Com cannot be held responsible for orders lost, delayed or returned due to the customer entering the incorrect shipping address. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, but we cannot be relied upon to spot an error.  You are responsible for entering all relevant information correctly. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will need to pay for the order to be re-sent.
